Yes! Design packages are offered as a cost-effective way to get the most bang for your buck. But, that doesn't mean we don't do one-off, a la carte design services. These are typically billed as flat fee, but some projects will be billed on an hourly basis.

This is 100% up to you. Over the years, we've learned that some clients LOVE the creative process and want to beheavily involved. On the other hand, some just want to sit back and see great designs delivered to their inbox. Either way, we don't mind! 

(We do mind if you take weeks to respond to our emails, which can be frustrating and considerably delay project timelines.)

Most projects will be completed directly with Jessica Gore, the owner. Depending on the scope of the project, external professional copywriters or designers may be brought in.

All services require a 20% non-refundable deposit. After that, we offer the choice to split up payments or pay all at once to receive a discount. 

Two things. You will receive onboarding materials, which includes an in-depth questionnaire about your business, visual tastes, and a lot more. Then, after reviewing your answers internally, we will schedule a 60 minute intro call where we go over your information, project timeline, gather any missing pieces, and answer any questions you might have.

Yes. Due to high demand and limited schedule availability, deposits are not refundable. If you pay a deposit and wish to delay your project up to 12 months, your deposit will still be applied to the project balance.

Since all projects have their own nuances and needs, putting a maximum number on revisions is something we don't like to do. However, we contractually agree to 2 revisions each for logo and web design. That said, extra revisions will be included if the request is reasonable, and certainly included if the error is our fault.
